What is the TJX Rewards® Access program?
TJX Rewards® Access is part of the TJX Rewards® program. TJX Rewards® Access can be used at T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods stores. It's FREE and you automatically begin to accrue benefits when you shop and use your TJX Rewards® Access card.

Is this a credit card?
No, but TJX Rewards® Access is part of the integrated TJX Rewards® program which separately offers a credit card. For more information about the TJX Rewards® credit card program, please visit www.tjxrewards.com.

How do I sign up?
Sign up now online and get a digital card or pick up a plastic card in store. If you picked up a plastic card in-store simply complete your registration here and enter the 19 digit number on the back of the card. Then, enter your name, address, email address and password, and read and agree to the TJX Rewards® Access Terms of Use and Privacy. Click "REGISTER NOW" and you'll be signed up!

How do I activate/register my card?
Simply go to the sign up page here and enter the 19 digit number that's on the back of the card you received in the store. Then, enter your name, address, email address and password, and read and agree to the TJX Rewards® Access Terms of Use and Privacy. Click "REGISTER NOW" and you'll be signed up! You will also get a digital card, which you can access on your phone every time you shop.

Can I participate in the program if I don't have email access?
Not at this time. TJX Rewards® Access benefits are primarily delivered by email, so email is required to participate.

Why do I have to register my card?
In order to receive full benefits, you need to register your TJX Rewards® Access card. The card number corresponds with your account information to ensure we can accumulate all of your qualifying purchases and provide you full Program benefits.

I already have the TJX Rewards® Credit Card. Do I need a separate card for this program?
If you have the TJX Rewards® Credit Card, you do not need a separate card to earn benefits under the TJX Rewards® Access program. We will need your email address in order to send you notice about your TJX Rewards® Access benefits. To provide your email address, simply click here.

Do I earn more points toward the TJX Rewards® Credit Card Program by joining the TJX Rewards® Access Program?
No, there are no extra points for the TJX Rewards® Credit Card Program. The credit card Rewards program shall continue to operate separately subject to the TJX Rewards® Program Terms of Use.

Do I need to use my TJX Rewards® Access card with every purchase?
Yes, you do need to use your TJX Rewards® Access Card with each purchase in order for the purchase to be credited to your TJX Rewards® Access Account. To be eligible for all the Program benefits, you need to use your TJX Rewards® Access Card at least three (3) times within a twelve (12) month period. Qualifying purchases must be made at three (3) separate stores and/or three (3) separate days to qualify.
If you are a TJX Rewards® Credit Cardholder, your TJX Rewards® Credit Card will automatically calculate TJX Rewards® Access purchases for benefits after you've registered. -
I forgot my card on my last purchase. How can I get credit?
If your purchase was recent, we have the ability to review and confirm the transaction, and can adjust your account to reflect the purchase upon validation. Please login to My Membership page and click “Add it now” to add your recent purchase. You will need your receipt.

I lost my card. How can I get a new one?
At this time, we are unable to replace your current plastic card. You can access a digital version of your card anytime, just login to My Membership page. Or, you can get a new plastic card in store and link it your old card.

I received a new card in store. Can I link it to my old card?
Yes. Login to My Membership to edit your profile. There is a box that says “Did you receive a new card?” You can type in your new 19 digit card number in that box and your accounts will be linked.

I'm using my card, but I'm not receiving TJX Rewards® Access benefits.
To qualify for all Program benefits, you need to make at least three (3) qualifying purchases within a twelve (12) month period. Each purchase will be added to your account when you use your card. If you have made three (3) purchases in a twelve (12) month period and have not received credit for all of your purchases, please email us at customerservice@tjx.com or call 1-866-517-4685 (Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm EST) for resolution. Please also remember to check your SPAM or JUNK folder within your email system, as invitations to events can inadvertently land there. To ensure you'll always receive your benefits emails, please add tjxrewards@e.tjxrewards.com to your email address list.

Where can I find my membership number?
Your membership number is the 19 digit number on the back of your plastic card, or on your digital card. Please login to My Membership page to see an image of your membership number on your card. For Credit Cardholders, your member number is your Credit Card number. Credit Cardholders do not need a separate card.

Why do you need me to provide the registration information and/or email?
We need the registration information to enable us to create your account for purchases accrual, and provide your benefits.

When will I receive my event invite?
Once you've made 3 purchases within a 12 month period as described in our program Terms of Use, you’ll receive an invitation to the next TJX Rewards®Access event. Participating locations will vary within the benefit period as described in our program Terms of Use. If you've made more than 3 purchases, your benefits continue to accrue. Check the store locator page to see if there is a participating store near you.

I lost my invite. Can I get a new one?
If you do not have the email invite you can still attend the event. Check the store locator page to see if there is a participating store near you and be sure to bring your TJX Rewards® Access card or TJX Rewards® Credit Card to the event.

The time of the event isn't convenient for me.
Unfortunately, events only happen a minimum of once per benefit period. We will try to provide notice in advance to help you plan ahead.

I never received my event invite.
Once you've made 3 purchases within a 12 month period as described in our program Terms of Use, you’ll receive an invitation to the next TJX Rewards® Access event. If you've earned your TJX Rewards® Access benefits and you did not receive your email invite, please check your SPAM filter within your email.

Can I bring a friend to an event?
Yes, but he/she needs to be accompanied by you and may be required to complete a Release of Liability or similar documentation as requested by TJX at such time. Let them know that registering is FREE! They can pick up a TJX Rewards® Access card the next time they are in the store or send them to www.tjxaccess.com to register for a digital card.

You do not need your invitation to get into the event, but be sure to bring your TJX Rewards® Access card or TJX Rewards® Credit Card.
